Hand in hand for women is a non-profit association that works for women's rights, equality and the integration of newly arrived women in Sweden. The association organizes various projects for the women about the integration and development of newly arrived women in Swedish society. We want to warmly welcome all creative newly arrived women who want to join us in order to have their own economic power in the labor market in Sweden.

It is a social and cultural integration project launched to ensure that women do not lose their socio-psychological and cultural activities and that language development is not interrupted during the pandemic when social life is limited and to speed up the integration of newly arrived women by doing so enable them to participate in artistic and cultural activities such as theatre, opera, concerts, exhibitions and museum visits free of charge.

Hand in Hand for Women collaborates with Culture Education for this project.

Together for equality and integration activities were active in three cities with Creative Women's courses, open house, Christmas market, lectures, Cultural Trip and Digital Coffee. Here we have seen a little gallery of the business.​

Are you a foreign-born or newcomer woman who wants to speak better Swedish by practicing from home? Come and join us if you are interested in practicing Swedish remotely.
 

In digital fika, foreign women will speak Swedish with a native Swedes and other newcomer friends in a digital place.

In the project, we will reach foreign-born and newcomer women by using digital platforms to make it easier for them to integrate into society and promote gender equality, because digital fika enables women to participate events, who may not be able to participate physically.
